Occupational Therapist FTR &PRN
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college or university in Occupational Therapy; Licensure by the North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy as an Occupational Therapist; One (1) year experience in the practice of occupational therapy; Good communication skills, verbal and written; Prefer home care experience

Physical Therapist Full Time 2 Positions
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications; Graduation from an accredited college or university in the field of Physical Therapy; Licensure by the North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners as a Physical Therapist; One (1) year of experience in the practice of physical therapy; Good communication skills, verbal and written; Prefer home care experience.

Speech/Language Pathologist FT/R
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications: Masters’ Degree in Speech and LanguagePathology from an accredited school: Licensure by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech and Language Pathologists and Audiologists as a Speech and Language Pathologist; CCC’s required.

Registered Nurse Home Health FT – Stanly Co FT – Montgomery Co
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Licensure by the North Carolina Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse; One year nursing experience in a hospital med/surg, emergency room or intensive care unit -OR- one year experience as a Home Health RN; Ability to perform venipunctures, IVs, injections and wound care; Ability to comprehend written and verbal communications.
