Admission Specialist / Registered Nurse-Full Time

HCC is accepting applications for a Registered Nurse:   Requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing, licensure as an RN by the NC Board of Nursing and one year experience as a Home Health Nurse or critical care experience.  Excellent assessment skills and durable medical experience. 

Speech Language Pathologist - Full Time

HCC is currently seeking a full time Speech Language Pathologist. Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:  Masters’ Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited school:  Licensure by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech and Language Pathologists and Audiologists as a Speech and Language Pathologist; CCC’s required.

Community Liaison - Concord Area - Full Time

HCC is currently seeking a full time Community Liaison for the Concord, NC area.  This position requires RN with hospital or home health experience prefer intake or case management experience.
