Medical Social Worker
As an integral part of the HCC team, our medical social worker
offers counseling regarding social and emotional problems. We provide
short-term therapy concerning adjustment and reactions to illness
or injury and help to find community services and financial resources
for patients as needed.
Medical Equipment
Homebound patients often require equipment and supplies which are
normally used in a hospital setting. HCC can arrange to have a complete
line of medical equipment and supplies delivered to the home as
needed, including:
- Home Oxygen System
- CPAP/BiPAP
- Apnea Monitor
- Nebulizers
- Enteral Nutrition
