Payment flexibility

When provided with a physician's orders, most insurance programs will cover a portion of the cost of home health care services. We participate with many private insurance companies, accept Worker's Compensation and VA medical Coverage. Other guidelines are as follows:

• Medicare - If within Medicare guidelines, Medicare will pay 100% of home care cost and approximately 80% of approved equipment costs.
  
  
• Medicaid - If Medicaid-certified and within its guidelines, Medicaid will reimburse 100% of services, equipment and supplies.
  
  
• Private Insurance - Most policies cover 80-90% of home health care services and supplies.

HCC will verify and bill for the patient's insurance coverage. This allows the patient to focus on their health and not the details of the care. If necessary, alternative financial arrangements can be made.
